1. I already knew how to navigate the web and google to an extent. I knew how to look up words on the online dictionary.
2. I didn't know how to zoom in and out of a webpage. Google scholar was new to me.
3. Three elements about using the web for an assignment that i would consider are truth of content, how recent the content is and who the author of the content is.
4. The web can be a confusing tool to use because of the high volume of content. This makes specific search techniques important resources.

Good start. I agree that the web can be confusing if you're looking for anything particularly complex and, of course, you aren't going to go through thousands of records either.
